I just bought Ultimate eBook Converter, but I still didn't receive email confirmation and the licence number or the registration code.

Ok. I make movie reviews for youtube. My videos take forever to upload. On Internet Explorer it took 9 and a half hours to upload a 25min video. I switched to Google Chrome, it's better but it still takes 2 and a half hours. Should I encode in AVI or MPEG or what? What's the fastest type of file for uploading stuff? Help me out.

I purchased your program my order #3C3DVD6-A4ETTB but I cannot seem to get the activation/registration number for my program.

I got this error msg "Cannot find H264 start code "

i downloaded it but its requesting for registration code

it seems a register code is needed to try your system or to have it work or perform its actions. can i get a code to try it for 30 days.
Or do u need to purchase the tunes cleaner b4 u can use it,  if I need to do the purchase if I purchase do I have 30 days to try your system & if I do not like it would I receive a full refund  in the 30 days if I am not happy. thanks

I attempted to register my product using the code that was sent and it says that it it cannot find the computer ID and to make sure I am the administrator (which I am). How do I resolve this issue?

i downloaded the trial run but its requesting a code to do anything.

I've installed codec for QuickTime to play the avi videos, and I wonder if this can help me transfer the avi video to my iTunes library?
