Can Blu-Ray copy for Windows use multiple audio tracks in a single video file?

I am trying to read BD files in from a 3d Blu Ray with the new purchased Blu-Ray Ripper of Win.  The software looks like it is starting to read the files and then I get an error stating that the software will not run on my computer because either my computer is banned or the registration code is banned.  Please let me know what this message means.  It is only installed on one computer, so I am not sure what the issue is?

Why is the estimated file size is over four times the source?  Source MP4 is 730 MB, but the estimated once imported is close to 4 GB.

when unzipping, its is the DVD ripper, not blu ray !

I have a lot of Music Video DVD's and Blu-ray's, can I convert the movie into many clips, for me to pick the songs I like. Not just one whole movie file for editing?

I have downloaded Blu-ray Creator for Mac and when I look at the User guide the interface that the software I downloaded is nothing like the one in the guide with far fewer options - am I missing something?

n the Blu-ray Copy to Copy it says "no rewritable BD-R/-RE is found, please insert a writable disc.  This is not accurate because I know my blu ray discs are writable and blank?  (This is after it runs thru the original blu ray disc and is ready to burn the blu ray)  I just purchased this from your website and I may want money back if we can't fix this issue.  Thanks for your time.
