Move app to new computer? --

The hard drive in my computer crashed.  I decided to upgrade the system since it was more cost effective then replacing the hard drive.  I expect the license key is tied to the old system, is there a way to transfer the software/application to the new computer using the license I purchased ??

Blu-ray Creator for Mac? --
I have downloaded Blu-ray Creator for Mac and when I look at the User guide the interface that the software I downloaded is nothing like the one in the guide with far fewer options - am I missing something?
Failed to load itunes m4v video in converter? --
You state on your web page your Total Media Converter will take itunes videos and convert them to, for example MKV format. I would like to take videos I have purchased, convert, and put on a media drive to watch on TV without having to use a Apple device as the play source.
Does your software perform as your web page states? If so what is the trick?
If you tell me I have to purchase the product to enable that feature it undermines a trial of your product.

Which is the best software to rip DVD video to avi?

I tried some programs, but they only rip the video but cannot convert or compress the video to AVI. What I want to do is directly convert DVD video to the compressed AVI format

I have no problem recording from youtube but there is no audio after recorded file is ready to play ! Do you have a patch to fix it ? Otherwise your software is not doing it's function properly .
Blu-Ray/DVD ripper Sound plays popping noise? --

I downloaded the trial. It worked perfectly. I bought the 1 year subscription and activated the software. v7.7.0.0 After rebooting the system, Any Blu-Ray disk I have tried to rip sounds horrible. Popping crackling and its like it's running though a flanger. ie guitar effects loop is the best way I can describe how it sounds. Any idea on how to correct it?

All drivers and software are up yo date with no other issues.

how to deactivate Blu-ray creator? --
I only have one license for Blu-ray creator and need to transfer software from my old machine to a new computer,  I need to deactivate it on my old machine but don't seems to be able to? can someone please help?
Activation bound to 3 machines? --
I bought this software installed it on my main pc.  Then I installed it on my downstairs pc.  I only own 2 machines with blu ray players.  My main PC had to be rebuilt with a new motherboard, so I activated it back on that same one again.  But windows was messed up in updates, and I reformatted today and it won't activate to the same pc.  Is there some way to deactivate them if you have to reformat windows or rebuild your PC.  Because I am only using 2 activations.
