Nothing seems to happen when I put a youtube URL into the program and hit the arrow.  I'm checked my documents and there's nothing.

I have a previous version but is 32bit and I need 64bit for Mac. I try to download from your site but unable to run. Says it is 32 bit

I have 700 titles in my B&N library. They are all downloaded from the cloud and none are archived. When I sign in on ImElfin, and refresh, it only shows about 200 titles. How do I get them all, and get them converted?

Hi!  I've downloaded the trialware twice and it is not executing.  Can you tell me how to check this?
I did shut down and reboot but still doesn't work.

Download page says 30 day free trial, but there is no way to try the program. It demands a license immediately, which you have to pay to get. So where is the free trial? How can I try the program WITHOUT paying?
