I tried some programs, but they only rip the video but cannot convert or compress the video to AVI. What I want to do is directly convert DVD video to the compressed AVI format

You state on your web page your Total Media Converter will take itunes videos and convert them to, for example MKV format. I would like to take videos I have purchased, convert, and put on a media drive to watch on TV without having to use a Apple device as the play source.
Does your software perform as your web page states? If so what is the trick?
If you tell me I have to purchase the product to enable that feature it undermines a trial of your product.

I downloaded the trial. It worked perfectly. I bought the 1 year subscription and activated the software. v7.7.0.0 After rebooting the system, Any Blu-Ray disk I have tried to rip sounds horrible. Popping crackling and its like it's running though a flanger. ie guitar effects loop is the best way I can describe how it sounds. Any idea on how to correct it?

All drivers and software are up yo date with no other issues.

where do I find edit/file/tools. How do I make sure the DRM is removed. Or how do I program the software to find and remove DRM in my files. No point in buying the software if I cant find the above places I believe.
