How to attach video to email?

I would like to attached videos to my email but the videos are unable to be downloaded completely.

Why not use free cloud services like dropbox or googledrive?

Since the video size is generally large, you can directly send the URL or link if they have been uploaded to YouTube or other sites.

Or you can upload them to Google Drive. It's very fast. Anyway with the DOWNLOAD link are able to download.
