Can I copy photos from my computer onto a DVD-R disk?

DVD +R, DVD +RW, DVD +R DL, 2S DVD +R
DVD -R, DVD -RW, DVD -R DL, 2S DVD -R, whatever!

Windows has it's own inbuilt Burner,or you can try other software like Roxio, Nero or Cyberlink.

I recommend you to use a RT DVD instead of your DVD-R. So you're not wasting any more blank DVDs.
