Would do I do if a great number of songs in my itunes library have incorrect album art and names after using this program...this is pretty bad.

You state on your web page your Total Media Converter will take itunes videos and convert them to, for example MKV format. I would like to take videos I have purchased, convert, and put on a media drive to watch on TV without having to use a Apple device as the play source.
Does your software perform as your web page states? If so what is the trick?
If you tell me I have to purchase the product to enable that feature it undermines a trial of your product.

I tried out the iTune Clearer thinking it would be an awesome tool but it flags all songs that have the artwork from iTunes as missing - not exactly useful. Almost always, the artwork from iTunes is superior and just because it's not embedded within the audio file is it missing - it will strill transfer to Apple devices.

I did a backup for ituns, but that didnt work. Perhaps I performed a wrong operation when reloading formats. Then all the backup music was gone. Can you tell me how to transfer songs on my iPod to iTunes and backup again?
