I want to burn a couple of dvds off the computer, I have some dvds that are the origins copies of some shows and I want to burn them off my computer. I downloaded the trial. It worked perfectly. I bought the 1 year subscription and activated the software. v7.7.0.0 After rebooting the system, Any Blu-Ray disk I have tried to rip sounds horrible. Popping crackling and its like it's running though a flanger. ie guitar effects loop is the best way I can describe how it sounds. Any idea on how to correct it?

All drivers and software are up yo date with no other issues.
