im not trying to burn data into a disc im trying to burn some dvd/seminar to my computer does anyone no any software's? or a way to do it on a windows pc?

I wanted to put a movie onto my ipod so I can watch it on the plane when im going away. However when I put my dvd into my laptop, the movie comes up automatically, and if i try to access it through my computer there is not just one video clip that contains the entire movie. there's all these really short video and sound clips. How would I go about getting the full length movie to put it onto my ipod?

I have a DVD I need to download onto my laptop so it can be shared via e-mail....I have placed it in my laptop but all I can do is view the video...no options appear to enable me to do anything else at all...

I have movies saved as VLC media files and would like to burn them to DVD's. I am trying to drag and drop the icons onto the imElfin program however it is not letting me. Does anyone know if imElfin supports VLC media files>?

I have a MBP and I want to download my DVDs to an external HD but Im not sure exactly what to do. I want to be able to rewatch them either on my computer or TV but Im not sure what the best quality is to rip them? Also, which app should I use to RIP them? Handbrake, etc.... I have got a lot of videos on my computer, in mov, mp4 and avi formats. Can I use a single video or DVD burner to burn all those files onto my blank dvd disks? I tried nero burner, not good. So I hope I could get an answer here and can you tell me how? I prefer an easy way to do this. Thank you very much!!!

Created DVD will not play with Windows Media Player my standard player. The disk is seen by the drive, but it will not start.
