I recently purchased a easycap to record my gameplay so I can put them on YouTube. Everytime I make the video and try putting it on YouTube it said " this video format is unsupported"

I just attempted to purchase your product online but it hangs up at the very end.  Can you assist me in completing the purchase or can you find my in process purchase and assist in completing it?

When installing this program on Win7 x64, I got the Blue Screen of death warning me of a driver conflict.
When I attempted to uninstall it by running the unins000.exe file, I got an error message that the unins000.dat file was corrupt (0 KB size).
HELP...how can I uninstall the program

Using imElfin BR Creator v. 7.4.00 to try it out and see if this program is worth buying.
I have made an ISO file from a number of episodes of a TV serie with the idea of burning a BR disc.
Have added separate subtitles (Dutch).
All went well but checking the ISO afterwards (before burning the BR) I found that the following was added in front of every sentence of the subs : ,0,0,0,, This is annoying to watch. It happened as well with other files and subs. When I played the same files and same subs on my Mediaplayer, the additions were not there. Anyone ??
