So i went skydiving recently and i got a video of it done by the skydivers. The dvd works fine in a dvd player but i wanted to rip the video to send it to my family and friends via email to show them and the only files on the dvd are VOB, IFO and BUP files and i dont know how to rip a video from those files. So can someone help me out and tell me how i can rip the video from this DVD?

I think you can burn a copy in windows media player as it presumably doesn't have copy protection.

You must have 1?DVD recorders 2?blank CD(empty dvd)3?Nero Burning Rom
First of all, you need to put the blank disc into the recorder,then to run Nero startsmart and do some common settings.After that,you need to load files that you want to burn into the software according to the prompt.Last,start to burn.
