How do I rip BD+? --

I m  registered user.
Yesterday I bought "12 Years a Slave" on BluRay.  When I loaded it, a popup comes up saying that it's a BD+.  When I tried to rip it, the video is distorted.

Any suggestions?  

30 fay trial? --
it seems a register code is needed to try your system or to have it work or perform its actions. can i get a code to try it for 30 days.
Or do u need to purchase the tunes cleaner b4 u can use it,  if I need to do the purchase if I purchase do I have 30 days to try your system & if I do not like it would I receive a full refund  in the 30 days if I am not happy. thanks
Failed to get computer ID? --
I attempted to register my product using the code that was sent and it says that it it cannot find the computer ID and to make sure I am the administrator (which I am). How do I resolve this issue?

I just bought ImElfin Video Converter and I'm trying to register it. When I enter the registration code and click "Register," I get the error "Failed to get computer ID. Pleasemake sure you are using a administrator account."

I am running the software as Administrator.

How do I solve this?

Program will not register. I have tried several times. I get   " Licensed eMail error "
to register the program and to start the converter you have to input the license email? the license email is a normal email and if I copy this email, the programm answers "wrong format". What should I do?

Hi,
I am using an iMac.
I am lifetime registered for imElfin Mac DVDRipper and imElfin Mac Blurayripper.
The current version I am using is 7.3.3 for imElfin Mac Blurayripper and I am unable to upgrade to latest 8.0.0.
I managed to download the file imelfin_bdripper_setup.dmg, decompress it in my application folder, but when I start the application, this is still the old version which is running.

Bought the converter, keep getting error message when trying to register it
Why do you ignore all tickets?????? --
I have put in 3 tickets, and emailed you.  I paid 99.00 for your software and it will not register, and have written to you on many of these tickets multiple times.  If you cannot answer or support your software then we would like our money back.
I have rebuilt my pc and had to do a complete reformat.
I paid for a Lifetime License but how do I re input my licence into my pc as I can't deregister it from the drive as it's no longer there.
