Ok. I make movie reviews for youtube. My videos take forever to upload. On Internet Explorer it took 9 and a half hours to upload a 25min video. I switched to Google Chrome, it's better but it still takes 2 and a half hours. Should I encode in AVI or MPEG or what? What's the fastest type of file for uploading stuff? Help me out.

I don't have internet access on my laptop, i can download the installer for Freemake Video Converter from another pc but i need to have internet access on my laptop to install it. There is nothing wrong with my Internet speed, and it's actually very fast. But when I watch YouTube video, the speed is very slow. I have to wait long for loading.
